Do you offer free shipping?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I track my order once it's been shipped?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
Can I ship items from my order to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we can only ship items from one order to a single address. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund accordingly.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing at this stage. Please check our sizing chart on the product page to ensure that you are purchasing the correct size.

There is no minimum order amount for purchases. You can order as little or as much as you'd like.

What happens if I want to purchase an item that is out of stock?
We strive to ensure that all our items are in stock. However, if an item that you wish to purchase is out of stock, please reach out to our support team and we will notify you when it is back in stock.
